In one interview Pavel Kosatík, author of a book on the first Czechoslovak president, Tomáš Masaryk, received a question from the audience asking if he would at some time also write a book about Krakonoš (trans. note: spirit of the Giant Mountains). “I’m already working on it,” he said and there was an enthusiastic roar through the room. Obr (Giant), recorded on a slow journey by writer and artist Tereza Šiklová, is another great Czech figure which our children will learned about one day.
